Other supplies - Collect by product

Use this section to collect data for the products and suppliers that are relevant to your operations. This includes material type, weight or volume. We will then be able to calculate the associated carbon emissions accurately.

To collect your data by supplier click on Other Supplies -> Collect by product on the left-hand side.

Click in the product box and click one of the products provided.

From here you can choose the product you are collecting data for.

You can then enter the date of collection, this can be a specific date or week, month, quarter or annual range.

For this example we have chosen homeworking. For employees who works from home, they can enter the number of hours per week they have worked to calculate the office equipment and heating emissions.

Click Save to record the entry

If you have any coding requirements for your organisation, they would be entered in the tags section.
