Q. How do I sign up for a Zeropath account?
A. You can sign up by visiting our website, using the Getting started button and creating your own company application ready to start reporting. Our Customer Success team are also on hand to guide you through the next steps.
Q. What information do I need to get started?
A. To start tracking your carbon emissions, you'll need basic data such as energy usage, fuel consumption, business travel records, and supplier information.
Q. I forgot my password. How do i reset it?
A. From the login screen click on the Forgot your Password link, this will send you an email with a link which can be used to reset your password.
Q. Can I change the password on my account?
A. Yes, you can change your password from within Zeropath by clicking on the profile menu at the top of the screen. Select the Change your password option from the menu and then the Change Password option.
Q. Can I change my email address on my account?
A. Yes, you can change the email address on your account. Go to manage my account, select the manage my email section and enter your new email in there.
Q. Where can I find user guides or tutorials?
A. On the right hand side of the Dashboard, click on Help Centre for our help site.
Q. How do I report a bug or technical issue?
A. You can use the chat within Zeropath or email helpdesk@linetide.com.

A. Absolutely, we’ve built Zeropath with robust security measures in place to protect your data at every level. All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest using industry-standard protocols. We host
our platform on trusted, ISO 27001-certified cloud infrastructure, ensuring high levels of physical and digital security. Your data is automatically backed up and protected against loss or corruption. We align with GDPR and follow best practices for data privacy and protection.
Q. What types of emissions can I track
A. Our platform allows you to track all Scopes (1,2 & 3) and use that information to create a carbon reduction plan as well as set targets for the future of the organisation.
Q. Can I automate data collection?
A. Yes, Zeropath supports API connections and bulk data uploads to streamline the reporting process.
Q. How often should I update my emissions data?
A. You can enter your usage as frequently as you need to, all the reports are available at any time to show your changes. From the emissions side, we update the carbon emissions data as frequently as it is released, usually annually.
Q. Can I generate reports for regulatory compliance?
A. Reports typically detail emissions by scope and source (eg energy use, supply chain, and travel) Zeropath's reporting tools also facilitate compliance with popular standards and frameworks, such as SECR, SBTi and GHG Protocol, ensuring you meet obligations and can communicate progress to
stakeholders.
Q. How do I track my company's carbon reduction progress?
A. By recording your current usage, to give an emissions baseline and then record ongoing usage across all Scopes you will be able to record and understand your organisation’s emissions. Our dashboard includes historical trend analysis, reduction targets, and forecasting tools to help you
measure progress over time.
Q. Can I download reports to share with stakeholders?
A. Yes, reports can be exported in multiple formats, including PDF, CSV and Excel, for easy sharing with investors, regulators, and customers.
