Travel - Hotel Stays

When travelling for business the number of hotel stays should also be recorded for carbon emissions.

You can then enter the date of collection, this can be a specific date or week, month, quarter or annual range.

We have chosen a hotel stay in France. If you have stayed in France on more than one occasion you can chose how you wish to capture this data.

If you choose to add per visit, select the date you travelled and add the nights you stayed.

If for example more than 1 person travelled on the trip and you had 2 rooms for 2 nights this would be calculated as 2 rooms x 2 nights spent in hotel = 4 room/night
