Sites

Use this option to setup the locations of your organisation. Within the screen you can assign key contacts who may be needed to enter meter readings or other specific as well as operating hours and the use of the location.

Use the Add a new site button to start a new entry.

Enter a name and description for the location, they are free text fields.

Country is a dropdown.

In the lower section of the screen use the Address section to enter the full address and telephone number for the location.

Primary contacts allows you to select one or more people and link them to this location. People can be linked to one or more locations.

When the circle shows as a cross it has been linked to the place, a plus means that it can be linked. Click on the circle to change the link.

Operating hours and facility details allow the hours the office is open and the type of business you are.
