Manual Entry - Energy

Collecting your energy data is often the most significant contributor to your company’s carbon footprint. Recording consumption by source such as grid electricity, renewable electricity supply, natural gas, or heating oil enables accurate calculation of emissions.

To add your energy consumption click on Manual entry -> Energy -> Electricity & Gas

Select an item you want to add data for.

Enter the relevant time frame and quantity, then assign the appropriate business unit and apply any tags required for reporting purposes and click Save.

Click Save to store your transaction.

You can check that the data has been captured correctly by clicking the Filter under Most Recent Entries and selecting the appropriate time frame from the dropdown menu.
